Ear plugs are your friend man. I always wear ear plugs when at a rave or dj-ing. Your ears will thank you for it when you go to sleep.

Yeah i've fucked my ears, happened 3 weeks ago and because i havent had the chance to get round to gettin ear plugs and ive been gigging and raving, they havent stopped ringing the whole time. I can't notice until I get into bed but its always there.

Fucking annoying but there is nothing you can do once they're gone, plus it makes it harder to hear higher frequences. Get some plugs sorted NOW before you next go out, learn from my mistake!

Just put a little thimble full of Rabbit piss in your Ear & lean to one side & let it soak in, then repeat the process on the other side.

This will cure your impending deafness.

However, you will contract Myximatosis & go blind through a Fungal Eye Infection.

This is why that poll on whether you would prefer to be blind or deaf was so important, never underestimate the waffle.

defo, and someone who plays often, ie more than twice a month should well invest in some moulded er25's.
as said in the past, the NHS is the best option for those plugs. Find your local audiology department and ask for an appointment to check your hearing, and also to make the moulds from which your plugs will be made. expect to pay around £140, but its well worth it. dont mess with your hearing, just aint worth it.
