Ear (Hearing) Protection..

    I would like to know how to protect my hearing while playing a gig or practising...

    I have these earplugs. I'm not sure which model though. Paid around £160 for them. I use them when I'm in loud environments like wedding parties and clubs. It's quite amazing how much they cut out. Make sure you remember which colour goes in which ear if you you don't use them regularly.

    Pop down to your local hearing aid center and ask for ER15s. Amazing! cost around £180

    I've got ACS Pro 17s and i dunno how i ever lived without them now.

    price of those is nothing compared to an hearing aid in a few years time, got some ear plugs the other week too

    i had mine done when i was really hungover, one was fine, the other really hurt for some reason and made me nearly faint :s
