duplicating sounds...

    can anybody who uses this forum copy a certain sound? ive got a screetchy sound that i desperatly need and if some1 could spare the time to help me in any way re-create it it would be highly appreciated... im no good at this sortt of thing but i'm a desperate man lol thanks in advance for any help what so ever

    I would advise you learn some basic synthesis and experiment. Then, look around on the forum.

    theres lots of screechy sounds.
    post a link to what it sounds like maybe if its in a tune or watever

    cheers revtech, my knowledge of synthesis isnt really that bad, i can create a sound that I want if you get me, just i can't copy a sound, im not really any good at breaking down a sound and see'ing what its made from etc. ive been experimenting and trying for about 2 weeks to get this right and my head is twisting lol this is my last option really.
