Really into the deep, dark dubstep right now.
    Think, Kryptic Mind's or Lung.
Anyone recommend any more stuff like this, more upbeat than Burial etc but not like, wobbley, Datsik type stuff.
A track im really into right now is Kryptic Minds - Six Degrees

Check Distance, and a bit of the stuff from Vex'd. Perhaps, you'd like Boxcutter as well. Also, the Omen - EP on Tectonic is deep & dark. Breakage - Callahan & Excision - Too Late are dark ones too.

A real pity this style doesn't get the same amount of attention as the wobblefest/chainsaw/transformer styles. Not that I don't like them, I love them to pieces, I just like this darker kind of style more.

I would suggest going to whatever site/place you get music from and going to the similar artists/other people bought section (if there is one) and just browse around until you find something you like. It's a great way of finding new artists you've never heard of too.

    Silkie, ramadanman, pangaea.

It's really the only sort of dubstep which doesn't make me want to drive razors into my ears.

Forgot to mention that, if you can get your hands on them, there are two really good 12" by Pinch & Distance on the Deleted Scenes label - if 12" are you're thing that is. I don't think they are available digitally just yet, if ever.

The stuff on the Echodub label is also pretty deep, though more on the chilled end. They have some free albums and EP's for download.

go on over and check it out!

I'd definitely recommend Martyn also, Mount Kimbie, Hyetal (been rinsing his tunes lately) Darkstar, 2000f, Von D, Mala, TRG, Ikonika and maybe some Peverelist. Check out Hotflush, Applepips they're great labels if you like dubstep without ketted up wobbles. Hope you like a few of them, I wouldn't recommend if they were shit
