Think it sounds best when its wobbly at 00:10 and 00:24, before that sounds abit droney!? Maybe you could revolve the tune around that wobbly sound instead

You can tell. My guess is you made this in about 30 minutes?

The bass sound a bit to "preset" like.

Resample the bass.

As you've said, you didnt spend much time on the drums, and the whole thing could be livened up by adding some percussion or some extra hi hats. Just some higher register drum hits to give it a bit more shuffle to it. Sounds like its got potential.
