the vocalist says something like "r21, dub phixiz" or "war 21, dub phizix" so i bet thats the name of the vocalist. Was dropped a few times at exit records bday. Dbridge played it so possibly exit records? complete speculation of course. and i just remembered that kasra played it aswell so that doesnt work.

just found the vocalists. They are a jamaican collective called Ward 21 - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ward_21

So basically this tune is now

It's an incorrect tracklisting. Levelz is a Manchester collective featuring many MC's, Zed Bias, Biome & Dub Phizix and they make grime esque tracks. Try searching YouTube for Levelz lvl07
