Dual Monitors on the Mac

I have a simple request: have a spectral analyzer showing me realtime what's going on in the output of my mac. I know if I use cubase I can just drag a window over to the second monitor and bam I have it but I'm using ableton so I need some sort of stand alone plugin

Spectrum? Or do you specifically want one just to have on the second monitor?
