Is there any workshops or events somewhere around Luxembourg (Europe) to teach how to make cool beats ? or electronic music in general. I'm a newbie and neurofunk listener !

In Belgium we have quite a few organizers of workshops. In Ghent, Antwerp, Brussels...

One of the biggest is Play & Produce, in which you also have conferences, guest speakers, face to face feedback about your tracks with experienced dj/ producers,...

Don't know if its worth the trip for you though as you live in Lux..
