Hey! Here's a track I recently finished. I've been trying to achieve a heavy sounding, melodic dnb track with cool sound design. Did I do a good job on this one? How is the mixdown? What do you think?

Some really interesting things going on here and the overall flow is really nice. I feel like it's lacking something holding the piece together though, as it sounds a tad lacking at parts. This could be fixed by experimenting with different instruments and effects to really fill out the spectrum. I also think the subs have a bit too much room to breathe in the mix and could be cranked considerably. In regards to melodic content this is actually really nice and have done a pretty good job with the leads, just tighten up the bass and really think about what parts are going to be packing a punch and which parts to cut out.
Overall though nice job, the track definitely grew on me after listening a couple of times.

overall pretty solid imo.
the 1st drop's arp could do with a little customization if you could print the notes the arps making and do some fills I think it'd be nicer
