Enei, with SpectraSoul and Calyx & TeeBee just behind. Optiv & BTK, S.P.Y., ARPXP and DRS albums were absolutely wicked as well.

    Yeah this tbh

It's not a solo album but it's the best drum & bass LP this year.
Best tunes, best mixdowns, best mastering / pressing.

Sounds MUCH better on vinyl than digi also

What other albums are due to drop in the rest of November/December?
Can only think of the Tuned In 2 and Demand compilations off the top of my head.

Probably have to say The Other Side LP as well

Fingers crossed for Mosaic volume 2, but I can't see that happening with Creator out mid December

Surprised Octane & DLR's album hasn't been mentioned yet.

Yeah Machines and The Other Side seem to be the most popular ones at the moment. With so many decent releases this year its hard to name a top one, S.P.Y's album wins for me at the moment because of the variety

Calyx & TeeBee for me, S.P.Y comes close second. As for compilations, The Other Side for sure.

On an alternative view, the albums i've enjoyed most this year are ASC - Out of Sync, Dan Habarnam - From the Known and for compilation Way of the Samurai 2.

Isn't Survival & Silent Witness' LP coming out at the end of this year?

Subwave, Nymfo, Optiv & BTK, Spectrasoul, DRS, Octane & DLR, Concord Dawn, S.P.Y, Black Sun Empire, Calyx & Teebee, Audio and Enei all put out stunning albums this year. If I had to pick one though... I would probably give it to Spectrasoul.

There haven't been as many strong compilations this year so I would say The Other Side and Way Of The Samurai 2 take it easily so far. A few still to come though.
