im a ragga jungle fan (93-96)
what killed the scene?
i see articles saying djs strayed away from ragga because of the violence and gangsta acitivity...

was it really that bad?
were there specific incidents in/outside clubs which killed it off?

watch u ppl think?

Specific incidents that i see during that time was two people being shot, one of them killed, and that was in Venues not outside them.

That may have been one factor, but i just feel the scene progressed imo.

what was it like in a ragga jungle rave?

what was the atmos like?

The one in Ilford was 'Jungle Mania' and the one in Tottenham was 'Stush'.

Jungle Mania was wicked until what happened happened, but Stush was just wrong straight away, people getting mugged in the queue outside, tickets and money robbed off people etc etc.

If 'so special' goes away and shows people this thread, people are gonna think that we're like DOA here and we're all miserable cunts. Take it easy guys, we don't want people to start hating the forum init.

In relation to the topic, sorry 'so special' but I don't know about the ragga jungle scene, ez mate.
