Anyone point me in the right direction to how you'd go about getting a float sorted??

like regulations, health n safety etc etc

I wanna do a float in our towns next carnival but have a bangin sound system on it, djs, dancers etc just to promote DnB in my shitty home town!

    Any help will be helpful

for a start where is the carnival...u might be able to rent a flat bed, but you'd need a generator for the rig and other stuff..

Yeah, I think money would probably be the biggest factor. Regulation wise ask whoever runs this parade.
