....Was awesoem, may get shot down in a blaze of waffle, but I remember his tunes back in the day made my shit days instantly good, if you dont know/or remember have a listen, fuck what you say about hardcore this guy kept the spirit, one of the best sets I've ever heard is DJ Brisk Dreamscape 20, think its easy to find, him and Clarkee, best Dreamscape sets you can find

Anyone that like dnb from the start would still look at these tunes with glee, speaking as was this that dnb only started a few years before these tunes come out, and you couldnt escape from events without hearing tunes like this, and anybody would agree Brisk was making the best tunes at the time, listen to DJ Brisk Dreamscape 20, the whole event got me into dnb, but his set was the best set on the whole tape pack.

Brisk, Bunter, Sy (in his Hip Hop and Hardcore days), Dougal and Swanee all smashed it in this era!

People dont realise how much better DNB would have been if some of the producers went the other way, Slipmatt espescially, Breaking Free espescially now its considered a lynchpin but all of his tunes around that time were awesome, but because thats the only tune that be considered remotely dnb all the rest get completely disregarded, the flip side being an obvious example, everyone raved harder to Hear Me at the time.

This is quite a bad example cause he was about as bouncy as you could get, but in a strange way he was the best, I'd prefer to listen to a Brisk or Clarkeee set at the time over a mediocre dnb set. But its funny how the hardcore DJs input into dnb gets completely overloked nowadays, SY, Vibes and Slipmatt being the obvious examples, those guys made some awesome tunes at the time.

DONT FORGET ABOUT THE THING THAT MADE YOU

    Fucking Clarkee, oh my days!

Man, Dreamscape 17 V 18 Clarkee B2B Sy in the Techno room after Sy had murdered the fuck out of the main room.

Cliched as fuck, doesn't really mean anything to the glitchstep, beard-stroking reprobates of today, but THAT was what it was all about.

    Foundation.

Fucking tune Maloney! A Clarkee favourite. I have it on vinyl.

I used to be there, in the Sanctuary and Rollers, stomping to the happy beats in the mid 90's.

I recently sold quite a lot of my quality happy hardcore vinyl which I'm pretty gutted about now.

    Another mint tune.
