I'm thinking about buying a PowerMac with Logic Pro for a new studio i'm building. Does anyone use it or would it just be best to stick with what i know, ie Cubase.

I havnt used Logic for the last few versions, but it is a good program and probably wouldnt take long to get your head around if your using Cubase. A mac is well worth it, Im still running and old 800mhz(!) G4 with Pro Tools and Reason and its never let me down, even with a load of plug-ins running it takes some stick before it slows down at all. A mac is definately a good idea if your planning to do any sort of audio work.

I've been using it for a while now. The interface is simple and everythign is laid out easily.

If you're making dnb it shouldn't take you long to get into. There's loads of videos on the web (same as any program) to help you along. I started using cubase on PC then switched to mac and logic, for stability mainly.
