That will randomise arrangement of slices that I've cut? Like, if I were to cut something into a thousand pieces and then have software that just randomly shuffles them up?
 
generally, granular synths work that way, but most can do slices of few ms. theres a few patches for Max and Pure Data that are closer to what you're asking. another way would be to keymap loads of the slices to a sampler, and then just play away until it sounds cool.
 
chop in a sampler, then play in your midi key board or click into your piano roll.... (or track em in ;) )

glitch is nice for live situations, but EVERYBODY can do that, and you can spot it from a mile off.... better off with shortcircuit (free) or slicex, or if your willing to pay a bit more rex into a vst which reads rex... probably Kontakt

i just stick to renoise.... like an mpc on acid!!
