Do you have a preferred key to produce in?

I have a certain rotation I use, and I make sure that I don't use the same key again until after 4 or 5 tracks. Who want's to hear the same key over and over? Not me.

F major/minor is the key I try and produce in as F is the note a sub bass resonates best at without the note being too low to be filtered out when being mastered. This will give your tracks a nice fat, clean low end

Y'all are fools, you make your choons in the key of FUCK YEAH.

Unfortunately most of mine come out in key of meh :(

This is what I was wondering, whether particular root notes are better suited for writing sub bass lines in, given where they sit in the frequency spectrum. Obviously you don't want to be straight-jacketed into only using one key but it's interesting hearing so many different opinions on it.

I usually work around D or E but it just comes down to preference
