    Also, examples please?

I'll start with the classic: What did the deaf, dumb & blind kid get for Christams? Leumkemia.

    Yes I am bored.

    Yes I have no morals.

    No I won't fuck off.

My nan died of cancer but I don't take jokes too personally at the end of the day it's just a JOKE. I have a dark sense if humour I can laugh along with the most twisted ones cuz usually they're the funniest cuz of the shock factor I guess. I also love the short stupid jokes. Why are black people so tall?

    Cuz there Negros

    Same here.

I find them funny, but take caution because some people don't.

My Grandad & two aunties have died from Cancer.

My Grandad would make Cancer jokes in his Hospital bed, his motto was:

"If you're not laughing, you're crying."

The more taboo things are, the more they should be joked about imo.

it's not the death that hurts as much as watching someone you love go through the pain and sickness, seeing the life drain out of them...

my aunt is dying atm, she's had breast cancer for 4 or 5 years now and she's on her way out, she's housebound, having to have oxygen in a bottle and a stairlift fitted, doubt she will last the summer...

    funny isn't it...?

No, because its not a joke, its very serious.

I feel your pain mate, as stated before, i've been through it.

I hope you will be able to make a joke out of it one day, if only to make it easier for yourself...

i respect freedom of speech and everything, and because we have it u have to expect some idiots to say things as "jokes" that other ppl find offensive, but i've actually done a u-turn, when i was 15 i used to think the lil timmy in the wheelchair was brilliant but it's really not, my sense of humour is darker than most but i don't like mindless jokes that aren't clever

but u seem to have only one example of ur cancer based fun...?

don't do this anymore, give it to a charity that does support for cancer sufferers rather than research it, it's widely beleived that cancer research is just chucking money into a black hole with very minor return coming from it, IMO it's better to see it helping the victims and care, plus cancer research UK are refusing to use cannibis in thier studies even though it's been proved to be the best post-chemo pick up
