I'm in a bit of a shit state of affairs at the minute.
My job is boring and repetitive, I'm not making nowhere near as much money as I should be, I'm having problems sorting out my visa and need to go to Hong Kong on Sunday (which is always a fucking mess about), my girl is doing my nut in, I can't seen to get any business endeavours into fruitation, and I'm just so lathargic of it all.
I'm think I'm just gonna go to Thailand or even back to Japan and not tell anyone here, just go and leave it all behind.

    If you could, would you?

I get that feeling at 5pm every Friday. :teeth:

I have axctually done it, for long periods of time & heavily regretted it.

As much as it sounds gay/cliched & a horrible prospect, its how you deal with those problems & make your own shit right, that will make you happy.

Running away from it doesn't make it go away, unfortunately.

I got married, it gave me focus & something to work for, but also opened up a whole new can worms lol.

    Job wise I do...

I'm the same as you in that I don't get paid anywhere near enough for what I do.
I actually don't mind my job tho, and I think thats why I have settled into it too much here. I need to get my arse in gear and move onto bigger and better things.

yea, i think everyone reaches a dead end every few years. you need to ask yourself, Am I Happy? is this it? I dont think up & leaving is the "MAN" thing to do tho... As much as you'd want to do that, your just to mature for that man.

Come to boston kehd, i'll get you started

I felt like that for about 4 years mate.

    and I still do.

I dislike this country and most of the people in it, as well as working a shit job that I hate, having no money ever if it wasnt for my mom, mrs and grandad id be off.

Im always thinking to myself what is the point in working a 40 hour week for shitty pay when I could be earning £700 plus per week for about 3 night work? Im only doing it for the Mrs...but sometimes I just think...Is it really worth it? being treated like a mug by lower management with a chip on their soldier when I could just fuck it all off and have a much more comfortable life without the hassle.

In short mate I know your pain lol.

I'd suggest a job teaching English abroad, most people can do it, pays decent and you can go wherever you want.

My pals just finished his final exam for it and is going away for a couple of years, looks really exciting.

    Not yet.

My life is pefect at the moment.

Good job, fucking amazing wages for my age, real good friends, family going good.

Only thing it lacks is a girl. As in a proper girlfriend that I'm serious about.

Random flings fill that void for the mean time though :)

I often consider it, but I'd be a fool to. I've got one more year of uni to go and when i finish that I'll be on to a career with good money and the ability to move up.

The job itself sucks but it allows me to buy more vinyl.

Good effort, is that still below the higher tax band?

Even on my pittance earnings it grates me that I'm paying 25% of it to lazy fucks and invalids..

i've felt like this many a time.

shit gets on top and you feel suffocated by it.

hopefully some of your problems will sort themself out enough for you to be able to concentrate on solving others. whilst it'll be tough, there is so much more to gain from solving them than running away, however tempting it is.

    good luck, indi.
