I wanna start doing some internet radio shows but need to upgrade my broadband connection... does anybody know what sort of strength this would need to be to do live streaming shows?? cheers

not at all man, that's why most sites will give you a bit rate option on the stream.
If its crapping out on 128kbps try 96kpbs, and down from there. The lower the kpbs the more shitty it sounds.
