after a cut throat race for fifth place, we're finally at the comp's last stage. with just under a week left for the judges to mark the 5 most popular submissions and declare one winner, whom we'll all be so jealous off! i am extremely gratefull towards the judges, as they're going to be putting a lot of effort in assessing your tracks according to my lenghty and loony guidelines. so ya better reckognize, and send them donuts and cheetos..
Of course, just like in special olympics, i consider you all winners, since the quality of all tracks has been just brilliant. hand in heart, i really cant say that i disliked any of the tracks i received. im really proud of all entrants, not just for submitting tracks, but also in how much people got into this and participated in the threads. i feel confident enough to throw another comp before the end of march, so keep an eye out.
but i digress...
so, final leg of DNBF Production Comeptition march 2010

personal preference
each judge will be awarding up to 7 points for the first six criteria, and then up to 5 for the last. so each tune can receive up to 188 points. i know this may look excessive, but firstly id like it to be as detailed as possible, since their feedback is probably the biggest prize anyone can get, and also to avoid any ties again and allow this to move faster.
im expecting the results by tuesday afternoon at the latest, so expect the winner to be anounced this time next week. at the same time, another thread will be created where all entrants will be named, and you can discuss various how-to, mixing advice, or general bickering of the my-tune's-better-i-should-have-won that we all love sooo much..!
