Alright here is my setup.

2 - Tech 1210 MK5's
1 - Pioneer DJM-600
2 - Shure White labels
2 - Rokit 5 Powered Monitors
1 - sony receiver
2 - 15" cabinet speakers

The problem Im having is the Monitors have a horrible buzzing sound coming from them.
I have the master out into the sony receiver. - No noise
I have the powered monitors into the booth monitor - horrible buzzing

I tried taking the monitors and plugging them into the master out.. - sounds clear - no noise

Tried plugging the Sony receiver into the booth monitor out. - no noise

My equipment is plugged into a power strip that is in a grounded outlet and my tables are grounded to the mixer.

Any suggestions on getting rid of the horrible buzzing coming from the booth monitors.. It seems like a problem with just the booth monitor out and powered monitors..

Someone else had the problem right here but it was never resolved..

Dont plug your powered monitors into your receiver.

Make sure the ground wires of your decks are connected.

Try hooking your monitors to your booth / or master to see what result you get.

The only thing that should go from your mixer to your sony receiver is the rec out.

Let me know how you make out

Decks have the ground hooked up to the mixer.

And the monitors need to be connected to the mixer to be able to adjust the sound through the booth monitor control..

They sound fine through the master out.. Just not through booth monitor
