You have the bare bones of a very good tune there mate. You sound like you are having problems recreating the shuffling part of the break tho. Its something i cannot figure out at the moment either. Might be worth sampling a break and pasting it behind your own beat. Really like the bassline , but might need a little more complexity to make it more memorable and set it aside from many other tunes with very similar basslines.
Hope the constructive critism helps. Shaping up to be a wicked tune mate.
