Dj Hype Drum and Bass Essentials 2009

CD looks ok, don't understand why he keeps rinsing the same tunes. There's enough good new music about to make the mix fresher imo.

You gotta understand though that they can't always have every tune they want.

I remember Andy C saying in an interview just before (or after) Nightlife 4 was released, he said there was loads of tunes he wanted to put on it but couldn't get in time and some because they were being held back by their respective producers.

No doubt theres a budget as well to keep to.

yeah there is always going to be new tunes that are released just after a mix is done.

and dont forget that the tracklist is already done...so the mix was probably done a month ago

Worst one was his FabricLive 18 with Andy C.

I do like that mix but on his tunes all it is is "HYPE HYPE HYPE HYPE HYPE HYPE HYPE" non stop.

He's certainly got an over inflated sense of self-importance. I don't think he's all that as a DJ either. Not a big fan of his track selection and in terms of mixing ability he's leagues behind Andy, Friction and Marky.

Mate i fucking hate you... In every single one of your posts you sound like a fucking mug.

Seriously please go away :)

back on topic, i'm sure this cd will be rude and will piss all over Nightlife, Andy C just doesnt do it for me on cd's :)

i like hypes mix cd's but it pisses me off when he does that effect where it ike loops the beat and it sounds gash, he did it loads in the dnb arena one last year. did it on mr happy then and ruined it

well done u fail at understanding what he is doing

Im pretty sure Double Zero was just another alias for Adam & Jake as G-Dub back when they were still making tunes together

I have no idea whats goin on with Jake now, be nice to know hes still making tunes though
