'Disc Error' on CDJ

Just turned on my cdjs and one randomly just doesn't read ANY discs. Turned it on and off and unplugged and all that but still doesn't read.

This happened to anyone before and what did you do?

Is it knakkered?

Please help

Oh yeah, got them from decks.co.uk about 15 months ago, and it has 2 year warranty i think so I may have to call them up tomorrow
