is there an easy way to get your tracks to all the digital download places? i.e. beats digital, junodownload, trackitdown, etc.? Or do you pretty much have to sign up to each one and manage them separately ?

well its actually pretty easy for just one, most have a way to sign up as a label, and upload your tracks via ftp client. chemical does, im not sure about beats digital, dancerecords.... though gone now, had a free distribution service that once uploaded sent your tracks to a crapload of places, but i never tried it before they went under.... but yeah, pretty easy for one. Just look around till you find the link somewhere on each respective site.
