Deck problem

I have a pair of Citronic PD-1s but the problem is on the right turntable the needle keeps skipping. I tried getting 2 carts and 2 styluses but it keeps skipping could it be to do with the tone arm?

failing that, try adjusting the tone-arm balance at the back end, or sticking a five cent piece to the cart.
