dark and grooving

    feeling the vibes - what synth you using for the bass?

    um, there's about 5 or so unique sounds from razor and the sub and some other bits and pieces are from massive but mainly razor and layering from old massive patches etc.

    got all the elements i think, now it's just a matter of careful arrangement and fine tuning.

    been trying to figure out how to get really powerful subbass that you can feel in your chest. i think it's mainly down to careful rhythmic placement of the subbass notes and accentuating it with kicks + other stabby bass sounds. dark days by alix perez is what i'm kinda aiming for, even though it's a completely different track.

    i know what you mean man in reason (on thor) i get a comb filter and push the res to get alot of movement in the sub and shit or get it rumbling
