downloaded a couple of tunes (amounted to 550mb) and did that "Send me them in a compressed file" thing.
8 hours later still no link. Whenever I try and contact Customer Support it says "Oops! Cannot process that" and asks me to leave feedback, which flashes up the exact same message. I have also tried the email file thing twice so now the amount of times I can download the tracks is already 3...
Does anyone know the customer support email address so I can send them an email directly? Getting slightly annoyed
