Celebrating one whole year of D&B Sessions at Muse, CULT are proud to present a production duo who are hot property at the moment....
BROOKES BROTHERS
The ‘Brookes Brothers’, or Phil and Dan to their mum, have emerged as one of the major breakthrough drum n bass artists of the last couple of years.
Raised in London, the two brothers discovered a love for the more soulful sounds of drum’n’bass around the turn of the millennium. Fast forward six years and the brothers have already established themselves as some of the most exciting producers on the scene.
Collaborations with fellow breakthrough artists such as Subfoucs and Danny Byrd have followed, and the Brothers have proved their crossover potential with releases such as the Shinici Osawa - Starguitar Remix and the massive “Tear You Down” which made it on to the Radio One daytime play list and became several radio DJ’s “tune of the week”.
With a debut album forthcoming on Breakbeat Kaos this spring, we’re looking forward to what the boys have got to show us....
