Cubase 'quick controls'

So i've recently learned how to control parameters within a vst plugin using a midi controller device, in my case a korg padkontrol, with the quick controls feature in Cubase. I've come across a problem however. I've assigned a knob on the padkontrol to control the cutoff in Cubase's DualFilter vst effect, which goes from -99 to +99. Right now, when the knob is all the way to the left it's at -99 and when it is all the way to the right it is +99. Is there any way i can get it so that it only goes from -99 to 0? So that when the knob is turned all the way to the right it is 0 instead of +99.
