Cubase Problems

I've been having problems connecting my Keyboard (Yamaha PSR-E433) to Cubase.
I've Googled different things and tried different things but they don't work.
Not sure what to do now.

By the way, I'm using Cubase 5.1.

Any help would be appreciated.
