Nice chill intro. Not really into the cat sounds starting at about :30; I almost feel you could axe that whole part of the intro, which is kinda long anyway. Very nice drop. The (sub)bass quivers nicely as the song progresses. I really like the voices that come in at about 2:00. I also really like the chord progression in the pads.
It's a work in progress, right? Because it seems kinda short; you've got a lot of good material for a longer song. I would think about changing the cat sound, or getting rid of it altogether and putting in a more human-sounding voice or something. The song seemed really chill and tight, overall, though.
