Control Freq Radio is a radio show and podcast that brings you the finest in electronic music from around the globe. Based out of the west coast of Canada the show hosts a diverse array of guests from underground emerging artists to A-list talent. Since its creation in early 2011 Control Freq Radio has been blowing up! It has already attracted massive artists to the show including Boys Noise, Datsik, Downlink, and JFK of MSTRKFT (to name a few) and CBC electronic has posted it’s content.
Control Freq Radio is not genre specific; whether you are into house, techno, electro, progressive, dub-step, DnB, glitch hop or downtempo, tune into Control Freq Radio and join our hosts Tim Dotchin of CityOf9s, and Brian Pavlicic a.k.a Synba as they treat your ears to a electronic music experience like no other.
Control Freq Radio episodes are released once week and they rotate between 4/4 music episodes, which are hosted by CityOf9’s, and breaks episodes which are covered by Synba. Show episodes feature various content including: interviews, dj mixes, live dj sets, event coverage, new music and more delivered with the personality and style of the Control Freq’s. You can download our episodes from our website, subscribe to us on itunes, or listen to the show every saturday night at midnight on CFUV 101.9 in Victoria BC Canada.
