Multi Genre Computer Specs

I have decided on purchasing a macbook pro. What specs should I get on this computer to give as little latency as possible when performing live/recording? Also, i will be using logic pro.

Pretty much this. If you are using it for producing I seriously recommend finding a monitor that you can plug into it while at home, as you are likely to get one of the smaller ones since you plan on doing live music with it. I can tell you for a fact that Logic on a 13 inch screen is a pain in the ass to deal with. Some of your plugs will even end up taking up most or all of your display.
