right, so the other day, i could record from my decks > mixer > laptop with no problems.
i updated my drivers (realtek HD audio) yesterday and now everything i record in audacity is a great big blue block, serious amounts of clipping.
I've got my mixer not even in the yellow, mic input in control panel at 1, and mic input in audacity the lowest it can go (0.0001) and still clipping.
also got a small amount of static coming through, but hardly noticeable when theres a tune going.
