Clanging cymals and rides.... CV style =P

Okies so iv managed to sort the drum technique,
Now im looking at the rides and cymbal crashes in the style for percussion master Current Value
Anyone got any ides??

All i can think of is down pitching, eq, heavy compression and re processing a layered cymbal

absolutely man. i keep hearing from people who know his working methods first hand that his sound design technique for drums is mindbogglingly simplistic. never mind sample digging and trying to make a snare out of 345 others using 35 plug ins from as many companies. addictive drums's kits, and the built in compression, bit crusher, and eq. thats it. the mastery of course comes in his drum arrangements, and its just next level. meh..*jealous*
