Choosing a bass line.

the process is often different. but i try and write the bassline for the beats. and getting some good sounds ready before you even start the project can be very helpful.
so ill sit and experiment with 808s and detuned sawwaves and what have you, come up with some cool sounds when i dont feel like actually writing a song, and pull those out my sleeve when the inspiration hits. a sub is a good starting point

just edit your bass again and again untill you find your right sound.. I know it's not verry helpfull but it's all I can say..
