central hole on vinyl too loose

any tips on what i can do to make it tighter???

get some rizla, cut the sticky off, poke a bit of the sticky through the hole and stick it either side, do this on both sides of the hole, i do this one on each side does the trick, tho its hard to explain on here...

do u get me?
