Anyone knows how to fix this whiteout compromising sound levels? For now a have a folded t-shirt under each decks but it isn't stable enough.

    CDJ's are Gemini 203's

    Cheers

support the cdj so if its that loud that the table shakes the cdj doesn't move too much, reducing the chance of the cd skipping

Just told you bro. Half tennis balls under each corner.

If it worked for the entire Hospital records label at Brixton academy where the bass was overwhelming, it'll work in your bedroom. =P

Hang on, I have a similar problem. My set up is that my desk and monitors are in a very slight alcove in the corner, so the bass levels tend to be slightly overwhelming. Does this mean if i put half tennis balls under my monitors it could alleviate the problem a little bit? Or acoustic foam like this? http://www.studiospares.com/Studio-Monitors/Anti-Vibra-Mat-Grey/invt/415461

Generally theyre used to stop skipping, but i see no reason why padding under monitors wouldnt solve your issue also. It works in the same way. Ive used half tennis balls for months and they work a treat. My mate swears by balled up socks as well, might be worth looking into?
