cdj800 mk2 jog wheel problem?

On both my cdjs when i spin the jog wheel round, it gets stuck sometimes. Like it's not smooth, or stops detecting touch for split seconds.

anyone know what this is and maybe if i should try fixing it somehow?

Not sure what those videos are about because YT's blocked in the office.

But a mate of mine had a similar problem with his 1000's, turned out to be something to do with bearings or something, think he just oiled the bearings around the spindle under the platter if i remember correctly. Dont take my word for it and spray wd40 all over the shop tho lol.

TLDR; take the platter apart, stretch the springs slightly under the white plate, and check the runners for the platter are all seated fine, 10 min job they are easy to work on
