Can't make a particular Bass sound!!! :@

I'm a bit of a noob to production but loving it.. but I've been struggling to make this particular Bass sound for ages but i can't seem to get close to it.. it's kind of like this:

I know once I know how to make something along the lines in these tracks I can pretty much get the sound I want!

sounds like 2 or 3 different layers topped off with a nice sub all mixed down nicely.

id say thats a pretty simple sine/square with some osc on the filter to get the wobble, then repeat on a harmonic note a little higher with some slight distortion/overdrive.
for the sub just follow the same note about 2/3 octaves down with no osc on the filter.
high cut the bass so it cuts through. low cut the upper harmonics so they dont mess with the sub. there are two different things going on there that could be called bass, but the upper range is most def. a sine/square, with a sine sub note following underneath.
