can't download sampels & breaks ..

I'm no longer able to download anything from the breaks and samples threads in the production area.. when I just left click the link I get a blanc page and when I right click it it wants to save the ".zip" file as "clear.gif" wich doesn't make any sence in my eyes.. can someone help me out?
