....sorry its by decription & not a very good one, but it sounds like/could be Roni Size & has some bloke rapping/singing/talking (not quite sure wat u call it) most of the way too. Not sure if he's speaking english, it doesnt sound it, if so its very strong accented like jamaican or something.
