Can anyone help identify this old skool track?

Hello,

I wonder if anyone could help me identify the name of this tune? (I think it's from the late 90's and was possibly jungle/drum and bass).

I've gone to the extent of recording it (albeit not exact) and putting it on SoundCloud in the hope someone may recognise it.
I know this seems very extreme, but this tune has been popping into my head for some time and it's driving me nuts!
