Cant help you with synths that just takes experimenting. But really try to get some percussion or cymbals going. Some tracks are sick without it, more the dark stuff with rimshots and dutty claps. But, even using a loop to get you started. At the moment there is too much jump up that is minimal, what happened to that consistent sub bass with high passed squares rolling over the top of everything. Amens like no other day. If you want some inspiration listen to this, there is some shit but you will get a good idea
