Buying Samples Packs, is it best to buy Rex Files? prime loops

    Hey guys, am about to buy some sample packs from prime loops, was looking at the total drum & bass series & the viper series... anyone have these whats your thoughts?... also is it best for me to buy the samples in rex file format or wav ?.... anyone let me know asap... thanks... appreciate it
