Im working in a "gourmet" burger shop at the moment. And i'm trying to think of some monthly special ideas, and to bring some new ones onto the menu. Everything is from fresh, meat from local butcher, we use old spot gloucester bacon ;)

We've had some very different exquisite meats in the past: Zebra, Reindeer for christmas , Crocodile, Llama e.t.c And we cook everything on a coal grill.

I bet someone out there has some delish ideas to top a burger with.

Any foodies out there give me some ideas. I'll cook the best ideas, take pictures and upload up on here ;)

    This is our menu

    Some ideas of mine:

-Grilled Haloumi, cracked black pepper and sweetchilli chicken burger
    -Chicken Satay burger
    - Feta, olives, caramelised red onions beef burger

Yeah mine would taste better. Having said that I'd probably eat it with a knife and fork, which is a bit gay I'll admit.

With a side order of bacon wrapped chips in curry sauce, and a pint of diet wine.

Fuck you heston, you bald twat. Beat that.
