anyone have loads of problems with it?

well what probs are u getting?
at least onces a day it will disconnect and connect 7 times in a row. not a clue why?
phone them mate. everytime ive had a problem they have helped me out straight away.
my wireless on my laptop wasnt working so i called, in like 5 minutes, a dude was remotely controlling it sorting out all sorts of shit, and in 10 minutes, done.
but yeah i had that problem before, and it was to do with my line, some engineer had to come and fix it inside the house which costs a bomb! its only free if the problem is outside of your house.
bt buggered our line up before, instead of upgrading the speed to 7mb or summin, they put it down to 70kbs LOL, if it carries on i will givem a tinkle
mine is great, i have to admit we do sometimes have the odd disconnect, but theyve sorted every problem with relative ease.
talk to the guys here, listen to their instruction, they will give you some sound advice and what to hit the CS with (so CS have a better understanding of whats wrong) if they ask for your mobile number or an alternative line, give it them, this is so they can do a thorough line check while its not in use and they can tell you preciseley whats wrong and how it will be fixed!
if all else fails, i can give u the number to go direct to the engineers.

I've never had any problems with them, been with them for 2 years now.
think its because i live in the sticks haha
mines the same does my nut in having to go unplug and plug the hub in. That advert thats says this should never happen is bullshit i allways lose my connection
