do what u want with them. there could be some lovely single hits in there that u could take out, or u could choose to keep the break or part of the break in its entirety, thereforce retaining the original groove and giving a less static or quantized feel to your beats...
also if u think about how each hit is related to each other/was recorded in the same environment etc u can see how u are able to achieve quite a cohesive feel without so much effort, as opposed to creating your own break from scratch from a collection of different hits from different kits recorded at different qualites and different environments etc.
i guess it depends what u are after at the time...
