BPM Counter Software - Is there such a thing?

    (Sorry if this is in the wrong section)


    Basically is there any software where it can tell you what the bpm is from a external source? (ie: something plugged into the mic jack on your soundcard or usb port?

    Traktor 3 seems to work ok with dnb and the Axis cd players have good counters (just double the beat they show) but you really need to be able to read the beat by ear.

    Agreed...but as I am just starting out I need to get a feel for it..... Just want to make sure the figure I am counting is what is actually happening!
